Refund Policy

We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request for a replacement. 

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and in an unwashed & undamaged condition.

To initiate a replacement, you need to  E-mail us at support@sreeleathersonline.com with your problem. Our exchange team will initiate an exchange for you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted under any circumstances. 

For ease of return we provide Reverse Pickup for free, depending on your area or PIN Code. In case Reverse Pickup is not possible, you are requested to return the product(s) by courier in original packaging, unused, with tags to SREELEATHERS.

However, There is an exception in this case, if your ordered product gets out of stock then please select another product of the same or above price, we will try to arrange the article according to the availability otherwise we will provide you Gift Voucher of the same amount.

PLEASE NOTE: Only footwear items having size issues will be exchanged and is we don't exchange or replace any type of accessories (belts, bags, wallets, key rings, card holders, flip flops, Jackets or any item which is below INR 300/-. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, Then please write a mail to us at  support@sreeleathersonline.com with the images or pictures of the items that you have received, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like ALL TYPE OF ACCESSORIES, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. No claims on damage on ornamental fittings

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
